Social, depending on time commitment I would definitely be interested in raiding hard. That is, if time and life commitments permits

Nil.
Previous raiding experience in other MMO's: The only other MMORPG I ever really got into (aside from Ultima) was World of Warcraft. Raided end game content with a well established guild in a well established Australian community.
